How billing works

1.$299/month subscription — covers 24/7 monitoring, scheduled checks, daily reports, and alerts. These never cost extra.
2.1,000 chat turns/month included — a chat turn is one message you send to your agent. Automatic checks, alerts, and reports the agent sends you do not count.
3.$0.25 per extra turn — after your included turns are used, each additional message is charged from your credit wallet. No surprise invoices: if your wallet is empty and auto top-up is off, extra chat pauses instead of charging you.

Example: you send 1,200 messages in a month on this plan. The first 1,000 are included; the 200 extra turns cost 200 × $0.25 = $50.00. Your total for that month: $299 + $50.00 = $349.00.
